Odor Remover is a kind of deodorant by method of absorption and reaction and also has a good dispersion. Compared with other methods of deodorant, it can completely eliminate the odor of paint and PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS plastic, rubber , rather than using other scents to cover. It has strong absorption of CO2, SO2, nitrogen oxide exhaust gas (NOX), ammonia (NH3) pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles, beverage bottles, chemical additives, residues scents, but the original smell of plastic, rubber, paint, ink, paint will not change. All types of following have no smell with non-toxic and non-stimulation which has passed SGS Certification. Following is the detailed introduction of each type:

BT-100A
Features	Made of mineral substance with the main method of absorption. It is general type for normal use in the plastic with less odor.
Application	PP, PE, HDPE, PVC, PS, PA, ABS, EVA, shoes material, rubber, paint, ink, paint etc.
Dosage	0.1% - 0.3% for plastic, 0.8%-1% for rubber material.
Appearance	White powder

BT-716
Features	It has the same function as BT-100A , but the dosage is less.
Application	PP, PE, HDPE, PVC, PS, PA, ABS, EVA, shoes material, rubber, paint, ink, paint etc.
Dosage	0.05% - 0.1% for plastic
Appearance	White powder

BT-854
Features	It has the same function as BT-100A for removing strong odor.
Application	It is also better for soft PVC application.
Dosage	0.1% - 0.2%, usually only add 0.1% us enough.

BT-793
Features	It is adopt high technology of root meridian extraction with better method of decompose.
Application	It is better used in PP, PE and soft PVC.
Dosage	0.1% - 0.2%

BT-583
Features	It is mainly for foaming processing of recycle plastic.
Application	It can be used in the foaming of PP, PE, PVC, PS, ABS, EVA and rubber.
Dosage	2% - 4%
Appearance	White powder

BT-267
Features	It is mainly used for shoes production.
Application	It can be used in PP, PVC, PS, ABS and PC etc.
Dosage	0.05% - 0.2%
Appearance	White powder

BT-120
Features	It is usually used in rubber material.
Application	PP, PE, PVC, PS, PA, ABS and shoes material.
Dosage	0.1% - 0.5%
Appearance	White powder

BT-130
Features	It can eliminate the odor coming from the plastic with filler of French white and calcium carbonate.
Application	PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS and rubber.
Dosage	0.4%
Appearance	White powder

Packaging and storage: Odor remover is powder form and 15KG are packed in one carton with aluminum packaging inside. It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry place with storage period of 12 months. Note: 1.The buyers should choose the type according the odor size of the material. 2.We can eliminate the other odor which not mention in this catalogue, if you can not judge what is the odor , you just send some small sample to us, we can make test in our lab and help you to make decision that which type can be used.
